Job Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above, no major limitation;
• More than 5 years of experience in manufacturing management in large factories/enterprises (companies with more than 500 employees), knowledge of electronics, optoelectronics industry management experience is preferred.
• Working experience in heavy industry and automobile production is preferred.
• Familiar with the operation and process of the manufacturing department, good at production control and on-site management, and proficient in all aspects of manufacturing;
5. Possess excellent communication skills, organizational skills, planning skills, and leadership skills; pragmatic and innovative, with good professional ethics and dedication; strong comprehensive coordination skills and organizational management skills.

Job Introduction：
Description Of Job:
• Organize the formulation of the factory production management system and supervise the implementation, organize the formulation and improvement of various technical indicators, working standards, and working procedures, and supervise the implementation after approval;
• According to the production plan of the enterprise, organize and formulate the annual production plan of the workshop; be responsible for organizing and arranging the production work according to the plan to ensure the production progress; carrying out production scheduling, management and control, and responsible for the management, guidance and evaluation of employees;
• Cooperate closely with the business department, arrange the process and construction period reasonably according to the production plan to ensure the product delivery date;
• Familiar with the assembly and process flow of the production line, and be able to independently solve various technical, quality, and safety issues that appear in the production process;
• Familiar with production cost control, overall planning and operation, familiar with production process, familiar with production quality control and management; establish a database and reports of various manufacturing documents, and feedback the status of the production plan;
• Responsible for the configuration, management, training, and assessment of factory personnel; preside over regular workshop meetings and comprehensively coordinate workshop work; supervise and inspect self-inspection and mutual inspection during the production process to prevent unqualified products from flowing into the next process.
